What to expect

Start by sharing a little about you and your baby by clicking the button below.  I’ll personally review your information and follow up with available appointment times.

​Step 2:

Once your visit is scheduled, you’ll receive a short intake form and consent form to complete ahead of time. This helps us make the most of our time together. We’ll go through everything in more detail during our visit.

​

 

 

Step 3:   Payments and Insurance

I am partnered with The Lactation Network  to help simplify getting lactation services covered by insurance.   Please wait for TLN approval before scheduling an appointment.

***Payment is due at time of service. If you are not covered by Lactation Network a superbill can be provided upon request for possible insurance reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and remains the responsibility of the client. Sweet Start Lactation does not submit claims or communicate with insurance carriers on behalf of clients.
